DEX Price
The DEX price for $KERC will be determined solely by the market through a combination of market supply and demand and volume of trades relying upon the last traded price, order books, and liquid pool/farm sizes.
Fixed Returns
The Fixed Returns are rewards in USDC that shall be only given to holders who stake their $KERC in a staking pool with the protocol. The rate of reward shall is listed in KERC Tokenomics (Staking Rewards).
OTC Listing Price
The token price which a holder of $KERC determines to list on the OTC Market for a third-party buyer to purchase on a willing buyer, willing seller basis.
OTC Market
Our Over-the-Counter (OTC) market is the process of a decentralized market in which $KERC holders may buy or sell their tokens on a peer-to-peer basis without a centralized exchange like Binance(CEX) or decentralized exchange like PancakeSwap (DEX).
OTC Market Price
The OTC (Token) Market Price of $KERC will be automatically determined through the protocol via a proprietary algorithm that will be updated periodically throughout the day. The OTC market price shall act as a guide for historical trade prices within a given period, but shall not restrict any holder in determining his/her own listing price that will be transacted on a willing buyer, willing seller basis.
Par Value
The Par Value is the 'hard code' price, determined by the protocol, that will be used to determine the fixed rate of return and profit participation rates.
Profits from Operations
Profits from operations are the distributable earnings after deducting all expenses, depreciation, amortization, and taxes on a proportionate basis paid out as dividends and/or interest.
Profit Participation Bonus
Profit participation shall be determined subject to the performance of our healthcare assets and/or investments and will be distributed from the excess amount of profits available from the operations less the fixed monthly rewards. The rate of profit participation shall not be fixed and will be determined on a monthly basis from the available excess distributable profits.
These rewards shall only be distributed to holders staking with the protocol.
