## Early access incentives for token holders 

KERC will provide investors with exclusive rewards that will include KERC tokens and other additional items to early investors in our pre-sale and hard sale. 

## Rewards for Sale 

Early adopters will receive a compounded annualized percentage yield **(cAPY)** carried out through a regressive model rewarding longer-term KERC staking.
